I just installed the new CC version, and wanted to install an extension to Adobe After Effects. I have been having a bit of an issue in regards to Adobe Extension Manager. Applications/Adobe InDesign CC 2014/Plug-InsĪnyway, the Extension Builder should not install anything in InDesign Debug, shouldn't it? May this be an Extension Builder bug, or an issue in the configuration, making it confusing between InDesign and InDesign Debug? Is there a workaround? Applications/Adobe InDesign CC 2014 Debug/Plug-Ins At installation, the Extension Manager installs this plugin in InDesign CC 2014 Debug: This ZXP contains a plugin which should be installed for InDesign CC 2014. I have a ZXP I try to install with the Extension Manager CC. Note: With below defined manifest and mxi file my zxp file was able to work as expected in all CS5.5/CS6/ACC 2014, but facing problem in installing and supporting InDesign ACC 2015. įacing this error on both PC and MAC, Can some please let me know if can fix below issue with any kind of troubleshooting. I am trying to install my flash based InDesign plugin using Extension Manager command line functionality. Oh and BTW when I try to close the Extension Manger it fails to respond and I have to force quit it. I am having to edit the easyrotator in Dreamweaver CS6 as that works! Why does CC not work? When I log in under my non-admin user account (I use a separate admin account as I was advised to do this for security reasons) I launch Extension Manager but it takes forever to launch and when it does it lists no Adobe applications, hence I cannot install the add in to Dreamweaver for this account. I managed to get it to load properly under my Admin account but it did not install the add in for all users for some reason (I was not even offered any option about that - when I installed this add in to Dreamweaver CS6 with the CS6 Extension Manager I was given the option of installing for only me or all users). The Manager window comes up but the little white clock icon simply spins around for ages then finally when it stops it does not list any applications despite the fact that I have the full Master Collection installed. I cannot get Extension Manager to launch properly though. I am trying to install a DWUser add in called EasyRotator into Dreamweaver.

While traveling almost 70 mph (110 kph), Banner activated Autopilot and took his hands off the wheel. Just before dawn on March 1, 2019, he was heading to work on a semi-rural Florida highway in his 2018 Tesla Model 3, which he had purchased months earlier. Reid wrote that after reviewing the evidence, he could not “imagine how some ordinary consumers would not have some belief that the Tesla vehicles were capable of driving themselves hands free.” Under questioning by Banner’s attorneys, Tesla employees revealed that the car in the ad was programmed with mapping software not available to the public and “still performed poorly and even ran into a fence while filming.” The video required several takes and was heavily edited, the attorneys say. The camera is positioned to show that the man in the driver’s seat never touches the steering wheel or pedals. It halts at traffic lights and stop signs, avoids other cars, pedestrians and bicyclists and speeds up and slows down as appropriate. The Tesla then maneuvers through a town on winding roads in traffic. It begins with a statement reading, “The person in the driver’s seat is only there for legal reasons. The attorneys also point to a 2016 marketing video for Autopilot that is still on the company’s website. They also cite numerous comments Musk made years before 50-year-old Jeremy Banner’s crash saying that Autopilot was already better than human drivers and would soon be autonomous. Banner’s attorneys have argued that by naming the system Autopilot, Musk and Tesla implied that the cars are self-driving and don’t require the driver’s full attention. The company says in court documents that it warns drivers that its cars are not fully self-driving, that they still must pay attention to the road and that they are ultimately responsible for steering and braking.īut Scott agreed that Banner’s attorneys had provided enough evidence for the case to proceed. Scott, in rejecting Tesla’s motion, focused on the company’s marketing and Musk’s comments about Autopilot, and noted other deaths that have occurred during its use. “The public is entitled to know these findings and we feel strongly that will happen in the next few weeks,” Lytal said. Scott, citing other fatal crashes involving Autopilot, wrote last week that there is a “genuine dispute” over whether Tesla “created a foreseeable zone of risk that posed a general threat of harm to others.” Autopilot is supposed to automatically steer and brake the car when engaged. Scott also found that Banner can seek punitive damages from the company that, if awarded, could reach millions of dollars. In a 23-page ruling, Scott found that Kim Banner’s attorneys presented sufficient evidence to let the case proceed to trial sometime next year. (AP) - A jury should decide whether Tesla and Elon Musk oversold the capabilities of the electric car company’s Autopilot system and caused the fatal crash of a software engineer who engaged it, took his hands off the steering wheel and seconds later slammed into a truck, a Florida judge has ruled.Ĭircuit Judge Reid Scott rejected Tesla’s motion to summarily dismiss Kim Banner’s lawsuit accusing the company of causing her husband Jeremy Banner’s death in 2019. As a mom of four, I know not everyone can know each of my kids on a personal level, but those who take interest us speak volumes of love to us.īabysitting. Be a friend to his wife or a child and just get to know them. Truly get to know him and his family beyond work. Those times I had an extra set of hands were such a blessing. He would often keep a watchful eye and help us back out many days, carefully ensuring the children, Bibles, and artwork made it safely into the van. We had a particular deacon who loved our family well and would often meet us at the car to help get our crew safely into the church building. When the two youngest were small, they would often refuse to walk or were not old enough to walk. We have four children, and I remember the days when we would often arrive at church needing a bit of help. One super easy way to help show appreciation to your pastor and his family is to aid the wife and kids. Daddy isn’t around to help wrangle the crew and, of course, the kids all want their time with him. As a pastor’s wife, church days are often difficult. Last year, one of our kids had some scary medical tests run and anytime someone told us they were praying for us, we were flooded with love and peace through the trial. This is especially true if they knew we were going through some hard times. When those we’ve served alongside have come to us and said, “We’re praying for you,” we are encouraged. Knowing he has you to count on to continue the mission of the church often brings more encouragement to him than any gift we could offer. getting involved in the life of the church is such an encouragement to your pastor. We often keep cards tucked away and sometimes run across them at just the right time when we needed another encouragement. Writing a heartfelt statement in a card can bring a smile to a pastor’s face long after the card is sent. But I wanted to share just a few ways appreciation can be shown – some can even last all year long and not even cost money! Even from year to year at the same church, the way they honor the pastors can vary. It’s a joy to see how they show appreciation to my husband and our family.Įach congregation is different. Many churches corporately acknowledge October as Pastor Appreciation Month. As a pastor’s wife, I’m always grateful for their love and support that allows us to minister as a family. But fall also brings an easy transition for us to usher in the season of thanksgiving and blessings that we associate with Thanksgiving and Christmas.Īs I begin this season, I can’t help but smile about how thankful I am for our church family. Southerners seem to love it – probably because we long for the cooler temperatures. I can drive down the street and see messages of blessing, thanksgiving, and family. I've never been more excited for a month to arrive, even when Bryna was eight months pregnant with our first-born. Mothers, grandparents, and even Jesus on his birthday get only a single 24-hour period to be celebrated. I was recently thrilled to discover that October is Pastor Appreciation Month. |
